need help with upgrade

I just tryed to upgrade from 2.1 to 2.2 but something went wrong!

If i try to access the website:

Fatal error: Unable to read 2954 bytes in /home/clivimoc/public_html/index.php on line 0

Is it possible that the chanel.php is not working? http://www.clivimo.com/channels.php

Check if table channel is present in the database. Also if you are able to see list of channels in admin area.

It seems you channel table is missing.

table is present and i can also view the chanels in admin area

please help me its urgent!!!!!
