Bugs in Video URL and Search

Kindly fix this bug asap, it is very very important

1. If we translate the website to other languages that have different characters than English like Chinese, Japanese or Arabic, and write the video title in that other language, the video URL will be /view/51/---/
Plus if we advertise the video url; and all of the sudden the user changed the video title, the video URL will changes as well and all our effort and money will disappear.
That’s why I suggest to do it as youtube whether we change or write the title in any language the Url will remain the same /watch?v=nS30rsR1zkc

2. When we search in other languages than English, we are not getting the results although I'm sure it is in the tags / video description. I don't know if there is solution for that.

I'm in need to use it in Arabic site too , but I have to use Arabic characters in URL
when should we expect releasing the next version of vShare script?
and what new features we can expect in this release?
