Delete all videos in dir video?

Am I wrong or is possible to delete all videos in dir Video after all converions?
There is an option on v2.6 but I checked the dir and it's still full of avi, mpg, vmw etc... I'd like to delete all this videos to save space, they are unusefull after the conversion to flv, is it right?

Well, if it doesn't work thru admin panel, use your Cpanel file manager to delete them all or your FTP client, which ever you prefer. Every once in a while just go in and delete 'em all.

It is possible to delete them. I delete mine via ftp on a regular basis. If you want to enable the download option for your members, you will need to keep these files in place. I have that feature disabled, so there is no reason for me to store files in that folder. I do, however, make a backup copy before deleting them, just in case I decide to allow downloading in the future.
