Video upload hangs at 99%

Any advice on how to fix it?

This is the error i get after:

ERROR: Unable to execute query

UPDATE `videos` SET `video_space`=93.7, `video_duration`='1394', `video_length`='23:14' WHERE `video_id`=7MySQL server has gone away

MySql server is timing out. increase mysql timeout values.

Still no go. they up the time out values and i still get the same errors.
