Installation problem, Admin area and .htaccess

Dear BuyScripts Team,

First, wanted to say thanks so much for providing this great service. Thanks to you, our project has been able to go from concept and 3-4months of planning & conceptualization to a real prototype which can start generating data for testing, within 24hrs. You can quote me on that one, you guys are the best!

Now, I was just wondering if I could just get a small bit of help with the script. Everything is installed ok, I am able to login and register new users, looks great.

However, whenever we try to upload video we get an Internal Server Error. We noticed it was odd that after running the install script and following the instructions, we also could go to the User site but could not access Admin area: http://www.bcmoney-mobiletv.com/admin

We've paid for hosting service on your recommended servers.
The following errors are in the log, looks like an undocumented problem with .htaccess despite the fact that .htaccess was uploaded correctly and has 755 permission setting:
