flv files not being created

hey gang, just the this script and like it so far, but for some reason it is not making the flv files, i see the raw video files in the video folder but the flvideo is empty and the duration of the films all say 0.00 seconds long?

any one know what i may have screwed up or need to do?

i really just wanted the mpeg to flv conversion as an add-on for my current site


any help would be great, dont know what i need to do

check the /var/log/apache2/error.log

i have the same problem currently see if there it gives u an error after uploading. if so post it here maybe ppl can help u.
