Related Videos Do Not Relate

I am writing about this problem from the fixed bugs section:

I'm not sure why that is listed as fixed, because I can't see that the related videos is working properly. I have several instances where multiple videos will have common tags, but the only thing in related is the 'now playing' video. In one case I have two videos with identical tags and they are not related to each other. In another instance, totally unrelated videos showed up as related.

I'm not sure what the problem is, but something is definitely amiss with related videos. I also can't make any sense of how the next-previous is set up, but that's another story.
