Install White Page Issue But I think I know why

I just want to install the software so I can manually upload to my server pre-existing .flv files...

then use the front-end to code meta search words and access those files...

I don't need the encoding options or hte upoloading options at all...

so I just entered the default url locations of the encoders but don't have them installed....

but the installation continued fine adn the database got 34 tables installed into it...


but it errorred out saying utf8 error at line 1 of your sql syntax...

but the phpMyAdmin shows 34 tables just fine...

then i was able to get into my login at admin and everything...

but I cannot access my pages at all...and nothing in the backedn works...

Weirder still is I definitely have the Zend Optimizer running but the index.php pages doesn't think so...

but go to the phpinfo.php page at the root and its there clear as day...

Ten bucks down the drain I guess....

Zend definately isn't running. Contact yor hosts, and get them to advise you.
As for ten bucks down the drain? Once you get it sorted, you will believe it to be a real bargain. I do.
