Admin approval for vids doesn't appear to be working

Hi admin - since upgrading I notice that anyone can list a video and it doesn't show up in the Approve vids section of admin but goes straight onto the site.
I could be missing something. The settings in admin are set to 'enable' for approve.
If this is a bug (it might just be my settings) and it proves to be one that might need a bit of time to fix - is there one file which I can change back to get it working (bearing in mind that I lose some of the new features) or shall I revert to the old version for now.

There is a change, go to

Admin > Settings > Auto Approve

You will see this if you are using vshare 2.4 latest (or apply bug fix).

Set it NO - That is it will not auto approve videos.
