Recent Directory files

When I click on the Watch button, which is supposed to link to domainname.com/recent/, it come up with a page not found.

I'm assuming that links to a recent/index.php file. I checked both versions 2.3 and 2.4 and there are no directory of that name for both versions that I have. I checked the vshare demo site http://video.bizhat.com/recent/index.php and indeed, I found a recent/index.php file.

Is this because I don't have any videos uploaded yet or am I really missing this directory files?

There is no folder recent, this is handled by .htaccess file.

I checked and I have .htaccess file in the root directory.

here's the code inside the file:

</IfModule>

And I'm sure my host supports htaccess files because this is my 2nd youtube-clone website. The other one is using one of your competitor's software.
