Installation error - need urgent help!

I am getting following error when I type http://www.desimedia.com/videos/install/

Fatal error: Unable to read 4006 bytes in /home/desimedi/public_html/videos/install/index.php on line 0

In the index.php file, I see:

What's the problem? Everything was uploaded in Binary.

Reason for this error is ASCII upload. If you have Cpanel control panel, upload the ZIP, then unzip in cpanel file manager.

Can you post file transfer log of your FTP software ? What FTP software you are using ? How do u set it to upload in BINARY ?
