Change to Free package from pay package on renewal.

When a users package account expires it would be good to have the option on account renewal to select the free package again.

This is needed as currently some people will just sign up again on another account rather than pay.

Also its a good way to increase people signing up to a pay package as you can set the free package to expire every 30 days which then gives them the option to see what benefits they get from a pay package or just use the free package again for another 30 days.
