site messed up after cirtex hosting moved it

i moved my site to cirtex hosting, they moved it and my site has not worked right since, my video it appears to be uploading
and show up in the approve section of admin cpanel but when you try to play it does not play, and does not show up on the site either, can someone please help me !!!!!! please!!!!!!!!!

Check if you have videos in flvideo folder.

Are you able to login to admin area ?
