upload page BLANK

When I navigate to the video upload page, it comes up totally BLANK...nothing.

also when I go into http://www.mysite.com/admin the left column is blank


is there a default user or something? I installed it today and it said there was 1 user and I hadnt registered any users.... im guessing that is the default admin user, but when i go to login with anything I can think of I cant get in.

I created a regular account (the second user) and upload pages come up blank.

Any suggestions?

Oh yah, and I just got bought the site 3 days ago...dont know if I needed to say that but yea...

First set your php.ini to show actual error message. So you will see the PHP error instead of blank page.

Try reuploading php files in admin folder in BINARY MODE.

I just looked at wsftp pro and I had it in AUTO mode and not binary.

can this be why the upload page is acting up as well?

Ill be honest...I dont know how to get the php.ini file off of my server and modify it as I am connecting through a ssh shell to a virtual server.

can you tell a n00b really quickly how?

i did a find / -name php.ini on my server and these are the locations I came up with...what do I do now?

You can check location of php.ini in phpinfo.

On SSH, type

php -i | grep php.ini

I went kind of overboard but I deleted everything, started over, and uploaded the files in binary mode...all works well now thank you!!!!! great script

You have some problem with your ffmpeg or ffmpeg-php installation.

Thanks, i figured as much, ill contact the guy to see if you can install it again. If that doesnt work out ill try and get hostonnet to do it for their fee.

The problem was actually the upload max filesize was set to 2mb, i got that fixed and now it's all good.
