Got to be a better way

I am notiving that I filled up my sites storage rather quickly and I'm wondering why the videos are being store in 2 places in the /Video folder and the /flvideo folder. This is frustrating becasue i'm at the point that i'm uping my storage space every week. Are the video's necessary in both folders?

flvideo - video on this folder with FLV extension is used for Playing on site.

video - this is user uploded videos, is used if you provide video download or in cause you need to recreate FLV file (for any reason).

You can delete the files on "video" folder if you need.
