inactive accounts need access to change email address

Since 2.5 accounts which have not confirmed their account by email have no access to the site which is a good thing, however they should still have access to update their profile or at least change their email address as any user that types their email address wrong or puts in a fake one during sign up can no longer get the activation email.

The http://video.bizhat.com/resend_activation_mail.php page is a bit useless to them as they would have to type in the incorrect email address which they still wouldn't get....and if they made a typing mistake they wont know what the email address is.

If the above page asked for the username and password instead and then allowed them to send the activation email to an email address of their choice then it would work.
