Channel layout and navigation improvments

The current channel layout and navigation in vshare is not very good right now, here are some ways to improve it:

1) listing of videos in the channel

to
http://www.videoaround.com/channel_detail.php?chid=2

it seems quite a few users of vshare dont notice the "more videos" link to see the rest of the videos in the channel. it would be good if we had an option of having more videos displayed on this page like on the videoaround sites script.

2) The "Most Recent | Most Viewed | Most Discussed | Top Favorites | Top Rated | Recently Featured | Random" links should relate to the current channel the user is in.

So for example if the user is in http://video.bizhat.com/channel/2/humor/recent/1 if he clicks the "Most Discussed" it takes him to http://video.bizhat.com/discussed/ which displays the most discussed videos from the whole site and not the most discussed videos from the channel he is currently in. So it would be better if it linked to http://video.bizhat.com/channel/2/humor/discussed/1/ instead. same with the other links.

3) Have the basic or detailed option of viewing videos in channels.

for example on http://video.bizhat.com/recent/ there is the option to choose detailed view but on channels you dont have that option http://video.bizhat.com/channel/2/humor/recent/1

Ive been heavily modifying my out of the box vshare with css and templates a lot to edit I must say to change it to be unique:
Reading your post I agree just look at you tube.

My question is where is the template for:
2) The "Most Recent | Most Viewed | Most Discussed | Top Favorites | Top Rated | Recently Featured |

I cannot find it, I need to find it to alter how that part is viewed from various parts of the site.
Would apreciate some help
