What error you get on site ? what is site url ?
Go with cpanel or Plesk, ensim is not very good control panel (they recently sold to Plesk) and is not very popular or easy to manage like Cpanel. If you look for server admins, you will find lot of cpanel admins, but very few ensim experts.
