urgent reply needed ... installation problems

Hello

I have been facing alot of problems during installation of the script. But somehow going through different topics, i have sorted most of the issues. Its better if you just compile a How to Install and Troubleshoot Guide for everyone.

2nd thing, i have been getting 404 permission denied error on many pages. Specially during the uploading of file. Whenever upload bar is done, page is refresh to upload.php and 404 denied error appears.

there i found its due to modsecfilter rule in .htaccess, here are few logs from my server

3rd whenever i use Import Video or Import Folder and run cron.php, it says convert started, nothing more happens to it. Here are logs from debug file

I have already uploaded 2 more files using upload option and they went fine. But it never works with import feature. This is my debug test file link http://www.channelpk.com/test.php

This is the ssh output when i rub above command that clearly shows that mencoder is working fine and path is also correct.

Where are you support persons. i am waiting for an update. This permission error is killing me. You can go to http://www.channelpk.com and try uploading a file and see it yourself.

This is server configuration blocking access to the page. Mostly caused by server security software like mod_evasive. You need to contact your web host to get this fixed.

Do i need to remove mod_evasive or what ??

It depends on what block the access. You need to ask your server admin, they know what is installed in the server that block access to the server. If you have mod_evasive, better remove it.
