I'm sorry if someone else posted this before, I could not find such problem at forum
When a user wants to sign up, the script says it's disabled by admin.
But it's not. I've updated the settings just in case, but i can not make it work.
I don't know where did I go wrong or if it's a bug to fix.
It seems it only happens to me.

Pls make sure after enabling the signup in admin area which shows ie enable or disable.
This may be mysql error.Pls sure about all tables are cretaed in the database.

pls compare with mysql databse and sql file(install/vshare.sql) .When u have the error. ie the time of install or upgrade.
Also which version are you using.
