looked everywhere, denying sign ups

Please can someone help me, it`d really killing my site.

When I try another upgrade it still says:

Current DB version : 2.4
ERROR: Unable to execute query

ALTER TABLE `signup` ADD `adult` TINYINT( 1 ) DEFAULT '0' NOT NULL;
Duplicate column name 'adult'

HELP!!!

Fixed it myself...no problem
