sql syntax error

I am receiving this error whenever I upload videos. They are showing up on the site but error is showing.

You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '' at line 1

Please let me know what is going on with this error and how I can fix it.

It only happens after a video has uploaded. The script does not show anything after upload is done but the error. You should try uploading a video to try it out.
