No Thumbnail

Got everything to work, the video does upload, the video does convert to flv, shows up and plays, all great!

My only problem is the thumbnail doesn't show up for new uploads. A new thumbnail is made and put in the thumbnail folder, but doesn't show up in the video, just a red 'x'.

Please help! I almost got it working.

Thumbnail is not created that is a problem with ffmpeg .Pls check

OK, I don't know how it was fixed, but I know about an hour ago my site was not reachable, I took a friend home and came back to work on it more and it seems to be working.
