Click play on the video. You will immediately see a text ad pop up for about 3 seconds and go away. This service is provided by Adbrite, and they provide the API to do it on our sites, but it is far to advanced for me. Basically, if you ping the address provided below they will send you the XML feed needed to do this.

I like these ads because they are unobtrusive they go away, and users do not have to wait to view videos. Here are Adbrite's instruction on how to do this. Also, you can do one video at a time, but way too cumbersome.
