I have been trying to change the pic in a profile without success. It isn't a cache issue. It always states that the upload was successful, but the old image continues to appear. I have tried this on multiple profiles and the pic change for NONE of them.

Delete the old file and see if you still see profile picture. If not upload new image and see if image changes.
It may be due to file permission, you need to set permission of photo folder and all files inside to 777.
I've tired in both Firefox and Internet Explorer 7, both with the same result.
What do you mean by "delete the old file?" Delete the image from inside the photo directory on the server? I've been trying to upload a new picture over the one already there now. In my experience with profile pics, or pics that are uploaded, uploading a new one replaces the one one.
I checked the permissions on the photo directory and it is now set to 777, as well as the index.html file inside it.
I still cannot change the profile picture. Shouldn't I be able to do this?
OK, it's fixed now. It must have been a permissions issue, even though I could upload an image, it just wouldn't change the image to a new one.
I REALLY appreciate your attention and help and I'm enjoying this script *(y'all are doing good work).
