Tried to get help from Cirtex but only got a cheap answer

Their solution was to reinstall it. If there is anyone who could take a look at this for me I would really appreciate it.

After uploading a video I go to the process queue and it says "Error in converting video to FLV format."

If I try and import a video from say youtube I get the following error
"Fatal error: Call to undefined function: get_headers() in /home/holylcom/public_html/vshare/admin/import_video.php on line 55"

I am not asking this blindly. I have spent hours on the forums here reading and getting through most of it. I have found a lot of great help for sure. I am just stuck now. I do not know about getting you the debug.txt or ssh access so if you just need to log in thats cool.

I know a lot of other people have had these problems but I have yet to understand how they get solved.

That is a PHP 5 function, you may be using PHP 4. For youtube import to work, you need PHP 5.

You can check phpinfo -- see if you have php5 on your server.
