I have a problem, my users cannot publish the videos, after the
progress bar appears directly the page singup.php and the video is
not published.

The last changed in the design has
been to put the search bar to look in all the paginas. Some idea from
where the error comes.

You need to put the same url in uu_default_config.pm (cgi-bin) and config.php(include).
