WILL NOT CONVERT THE VIDEO
I have got 2 problems when you login and upload a video it looks like it has done it ok but I know when it has not as it does not show the page correctly
After upload sometimes it will say in black upload successful but with out the rest of the page like (share this file etc) or cannot find server.
It is not converting the video with out me going to the admin and doing it.
It is saying that there is no video file but if I go into the cpanel it is there.
But I have noticed that it has added a - in the file where a space was.
In brief
I cannot upload a video without going into admin to convert it manually and it will not do it at all some times.
can you help me at all please

This is server problem. Seems your server is overloaded or some software block access to server.

Are you having problem with video files with space in the name ? Are you using vshare 2.6 ?

hi
if i uplode a video say me and you.avi and i have a look for it in the cpanel it is there but looks like this me-and-you.avi so when it tries to convert it it cannot fined it .yes i am using vshare 2.6

This is normal. If file name contains space, that will be replaced with -
Video not converting problem is only for video with space ? If yes, delete the file templates_c/debug.txt then upload a video, then post content of that file.
