Installation HELP! HELP!

Here is my information..

Hosting: Godaddy / Shared / Linux

-All files have been installed and CHMODed as instructed.
-.HTACCESS file is uploaded. (My Pages Are Not Seeming to Re-Write)

ISSUE 1: My "Groups", "Watch" or any footer links do not seem to work going straight to 404 pages.

ISSUE 2: I upload a video from YouTube and get this error
" Fatal error: Call to undefined function: strpbrk() in /home/content/X/X/X/XXXXX/html/urbanshowdown/include/classes/class.upload_remote.php on line 16
"
It shows up on the index, without a thumbnail but when clicked it goes to a 404 error.

This script seem quality but, I am not sure at all what is going on so I must request assistance.

Please help me get this up and running!

Reupload the .htaccess file.
Please make sure you have properly upload the files in banary.

vshare 2.6 need PHP 5 to work. you are using PHP 4.So you can't use import function

Check the server requirements also

i am useing php 5.0 and i still get that error
