server requirments?

Can some one help a semi newbie, I've asked my server what they support (att: bellow) Does this mean I won't be able to use this script?

All these are supported:
Server Requirements
Linux Server (some old distributions are not supported)
Apache Web Server
MySQL 5.x
PHP 5.x
GD Library 2 or higher

FFMEG is not supported
flvtool2 (http://inlet-media.de/flvtool2) is not supported.
Libogg + Libvorbis (http://www.xiph.org/downloads)is not supported
LAME MP3 Encoder (http://lame.sourceforge.net) is not supported
Mplayer + mencoder is supported
Zend Optimizer is supported.

safe_mode = off
register_globals = on
This can be enaled from the Control Panel.
1. Click the “Webserver” tab in the left menu
2. Select the domain and click “advanced” at the Virtual Host you wish to turn off safe mode for.
3. You should now be able to change safe mode and registrar global settings here.

The remaining values can be set using the .htaccess for your domain.
