"Niche Video Script" installation problem

Hi, I am trying to install "Youtube Niche Video Script" but I'm receiving this error:

I believe that I have find the solution... :idea: ...maybe!
I just change this xml_parse_into_struct($p, $data, &$vals, &$index); to xml_parse_into_struct($p, $data, $vals, $index); and the warning disappeared.

Is this a real solution? :?:

You need to enable mod_rewrite
