Pre Purchase Query

We would like to start a portal like youtube and would like to purchase Vshare for it. Have few queries, kindly reply:

(a) About Video Uploading::

We strictly only want website administrator to upload videos on portal. We do not want users to upload videos, they should only be able to watch videos. Can you please set this option for us so that only administrator would be able to upload videos.

(b) Subscriptinos::

We want to run fully paid web portal. We only want to offer subscription based membership. Is it possible. Can we also connect the membersip form with 2checkout or paypal to accept payaments. Do we have to programs anything for this.

(c) Hosting Solution::

Will this script work fine with hostican.com service (http://www.hostican.com)

(d) Total Payament::
------------------------
Kinbdly tell us total amount we have to pay
- Script Cost
- Copyright removal
- We want our logo on videos
- Installation cost of script at the server we choose.
