Email functions

Ok - basically have everything up and running now - videos look great - onlt have a few email issues.

1) I was under the impression when a new user creates and account that they are sent a verification email. This is not happening and accounts are immediately active.

2) I have in admin settings - I have all enabled - approve, notify sign up, notify upload - however I am not getting any such admin emails.

I am able to send via admin panel email to any given user or users. So email functions are working. Also ALL spam filters have been turned off for the admin account - already though of that.

Is there a setting I am missing somewhere?

Now, when user is signed up, they will be send a mail with activation link, with out activation, user is able to login. Next version will have option for only verified account can login.

Notify signup and Notify Upload will work now, if not check your mail server configuration, there will be some problem with your mail server or php mail function is not working on your server.
