Youtube video upload

Hi everyone can you please help i dont know is there a problem with inporting videos from u tube from the admin area.I go to inport enter url ect then it says download started i enterd this over 18hrs ago and when i check the stats it still says STATUS download started it has been like this for a couple of weeks now i dont know what has happend as i have the site installed by hostonnet but it will not ad the videos can anyone help please thank you Casman.
