Import Folder bug

Maybe this has been reported, but I dont' see it. I just noticed that videos with an apostrophe (') in the title won't import in the admin area. You get an error that the file needs to be changed to 777. This happens with files already chmod'd 777. If you remove the apostrophe, the video imports fine.

For example: "pink floyd live late 60's rare Part 2.flv" (which already has permissions set to 777) gives this error on import:

File or folder is not writable (chmod 777 /home/thewall/public_html/templates_c/import/pink floyd live late 60\'s rare Part 2.flv)

But it works fine if I change the file name to "pink floyd live late 60s rare Part 2.flv"
