Is it possible to make it so all comments have to be approved before they will be posted?
No need for approve cooments.Its alredy shown in the site.
You can manage the comments in admin area .
Video Management = > Manage Comments = > You can edit,modify and delete the commands.
If you don't like to add comments in some videos you can do in admin area.
Video Management = > All Videos = > Edit video => Can be commented? = No
