Does your installation service guarantee vShare will work?

I currently have a VPS server with a company other than HostOnNet.

Since I cannot get vShare working properly (there are TOO many issues, and your support forums are useless: there are threads upon THREADS of unresolved issues, and your company offers absolutely no means of direct support), does your installation service guarantee that vShare will work, 100%?

How does the payment work? I do not think paying in advance is good business practice, with such a buggy script in the first place, I have doubts as to whether or not it will work in the end.

Also, is there any way to communicate with this company OTHER than PUBLIC forums? If not, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
