Dedicaded Server?

I ned a dedicaded server for a site with more 100gb and 100.000 vizited pages by day.

Now I use cirtex but yours dedicaded servers is too expensive, and in Hostican
vps-extreme says me that it is very little and I must go to a
dedicated server.
¿ A good DEDICADED SERVER and by maximo 100 $ / mo. ?
