installing ffmpeg
how do i install ffmpeg?
it says
1) Type './configure' create the configuration (use './configure
--help' to have the configure options).
'configure' can be launched from another directory than the ffmpeg
sources to put the objects at that place. In that case, use an
absolute path when launching 'configure',
e.g. /ffmpegdir/ffmpeg/configure.
2) Then type 'make' to build ffmpeg.
3) Type 'make install' to install ffmpeg and ffserver in
/usr/local/bin.
where do i type them in?

Do you have SSH access?, are you on shared hosting or a dedicated server?

i have SSL access, i'm using a free host. xerteamspeak.com

That is something different :).....i doubt a free host would support the requirements for vshare and i also doubt they would give you access to install them. you would have to ask your host though.

lol i like your thoughts tho, would be rare to see they do let you, seeing how much resources it uses on a dedicated server
