Can I use avi and wmv formats without coverting to flv?

My hosting company don't support this script.
My hosting company don't support FFmpeg-PHP, Mplayer, Mencoder.
Can we use this script without use them?
I want to play videos with media player.
When I upload a video, system must be play with media player.
I want to use avi, flv or wmv formats without conerting to flv.
Is this script play avi as avi, wmv as wmv without conerting to flv?
For example; I want to upload a video as wmv. Can this script play it without conerting to flv?

If you check the main page for requirements, and if a host is missing any of those requirements, then the script (as far as I know) will not work. Requirement is just that...requirements. :/

Get a hosting company that has all the requirements, it's probably a lot easier. See my sig for recommendations.
