I've seen on several occations as others where the video player does not load the video. It appears the flvplayer.swf is loaded because I can right mouse click and see the "you tube clone" dialog that was added but no video.
After a few refreshes, it comes up but it is often the case that it does not.
Anyway to optmize or fix that? or is that just a server thing? (i'm using Cirtex Hosting)

Check the flvideo folder to see if video get converted to .flv format. If video is not converted, the reasons may be one of the following
1. Server can't get the video converted as load is high or some other setting blocks teh convertion
2. some codec are not installed.
What is the url of video you are refering ?
