Custom skin + logo design + some other small improvements

Hello ..
I am looking for someone who can make a custom skin for me , a good design, some logos , some small improvements to the script , the "powered by" link removal and the installation process.
I am willing to pay as much as needed to have a working tube site with 0 bugs installed on my dedicated server as soon as possible. I can pay with my CC, through paypal, epassporte and moneybookers.
I know what i need , but i simply don't have time to take care of it .. Can someone help me out ?
