Text CSS Code (Help Request)

I've been modifying my sites CSS code and to tell you the truth, changed everything the same colour :oops:
Well, that's what I wanted but.. Well..

Yeah, they are now both the same colour as my background.. And that is against the TOS as well as being illegible.. :shock:

So, If anyone can give me the CSS Div that controls these two I would be grateful.

Findout the menu,copy classes in style.css and make the color changes
