Filename problem + 16:9 videos

I successfully installed vShare, but I still found myself confronted with some issues I wasn't able to cope with myself yet.

1. I uploaded a .mov file successfully, but it didn't convert automatically. In the admin-area at "Process queue" it said, that an error occured. The file location was "Cloverfield - Teaser 1.mov". Then I opened my ftp and the file was named as "Cloverfield---Teaser-1.mov". After I changed the filename, I could convert it. Any suggestions on that?

2. The teaser's aspect ratio is 16:9 and vShare seems to have a problem with that, because it just shows the middle part of the video without the black bars on top and bottom. Any ideas?
