PHOTOS in EMAILS not being sent

I have three different websites with vShare version 2.5 and 2.6 and so far I am a satified customer. But I have been trying for several months to send emails from vShare with my logo and I can't get this feature working. I created a folder in public_html and named it "images" like in any normal website and uploaded the images OK using FTP. These were small 20kb sample images in .jpg and .gif format. Then I went into VShare admin and used the WYSIWYG editor to create a simple test email message with formatted text and images. I inserted the photos into the message OK so they appeared in the WYSIWYG editor. But when I SEND the email there is a problem. When I open the message my email account all the photo images are gone. How do I fix this? Is there a bug in vShare? Please HELP!
