This is what I get when I try to view polls... and after I make a poll I get a similar error - how can I fix this? ty

I understand this script is 10.00a nd with the 15 I paid for licence removal its still a GOOD price... BUT Id still LOVE to get some help with the poll - with out being a pain in the ass... so perhaps he who wrote the script could help me out with why I cant view my polls because I get that error when I click the "veiw poll" link from the admin panel?
