Privacy and T O S Standard wording

Hi all,
Is there or does anyone know of a "standard" Privacy Policy and/or Terms of Service :?:
wording, that can be legally copied/downloaded and amended to suit an individual site. :idea:
I do not want to cause any copyright issues, nor steal someone else's PP or TOS/TOU

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
