Purchased your software. Did not receive

I sent you an email shortly after purchase with payment codes and everything through paypal, yet have received no response. I bought your software through paypal, and had my main email as [email protected], however, this email no longer exists. My email updated you with my new email, [email protected], and yet I have not received any reply, nor confirmation of receipt. I would like to begin using your software, however, the confirmation or i am assuming software download link did not make it to me. Can you resend the link to me? I will gladly reverify my information with you. I have noticed a few other posts stating they did not get there downloads either. If this problem persists, I will be forced to open a case to have my money refunded. Please notify of what to do in this issue as I really am excited to use your program.
