a few question if you could help please

hi my vshare site has white bar problems here is 2 pics please help

in the pic above it has numbers 1 and 2 thats because number 1 is the white bars problems and number 2 is the video image doesnt appear up its just a box can any1 tell me how to fix these?

this is just another place the white bar happen but in the comments section.

also is there a way i can make subscribe to users?

and also i cant upload videos when i try to it starts uploading then it just randomly stops and returns to the page where you put in the video information
