has anyone made the site in japanese and get it work?
I'm kinda stuck right now.
I see that header.tpl is set to utf8
but whatever I type in on tpl file will show up garbage.

I was able to figure it out last night.
what happened was notepad was saving it as shift-jis....
so I had to modify the dreamweaver so I can edit tpl to keep the format to utf8
then worked!
